Classes run once a week for 8 weeks from 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Prenatal Classes for Young Parents – For You Two
This can be one of the most exciting times of your life. Taking care of your baby and yourself while you are pregnant is very important.
These classes are FREE and only available to young parents.
How can For You Two prenatal classes help?
You are not alone. Many expectant parents have the same questions, doubts and fears. This is a chance to talk with other young parents. You will learn about labour and delivery, relationships, nutrition, how to care for your baby and more.
Classes are taught by Public Health Nurses from Lambton Public Health.
Who can I bring with me?
You can come alone or bring your partner, a friend or a relative.

- West Lambton Community Health Centre
- 429 Exmouth St., Sarnia
- Across from the Northgate Plaza
Door prizes are given and a group meal is served each week. Bus tickets are available upon request.

When should I register?
Register as soon as you know you are going to have a baby! The session is FREE but registration is required.
